Our Job Fairs and Hiring Events Model

Throughout the year we host mini job fairs and hiring events aimed to connect you with the talent that you need. During these events, you will have the opportunity to meet with candidates face-to-face and conduct one-on-one interviews. We make resources and tools available to you to assist you with your selection process, so that at the conclusion of the event you could leave our center with a solid pipeline of candidates ready to move forward to the next step of the hiring process.  

What to Expect During CareerSource Okaloosa Walton Events?

At a minimum, employers will have access to:
  • Qualified applicants
  • Internet, copy machines, printer, fax, scanner, computers and any office equipment
  • Meeting room space to conduct one-on-one interviews
  • Computers to have applicants complete online applications

How Can I Participate in CareerSource Okaloosa Walton Job Fairs and Hiring Events?

Register for one of our Upcoming Functions. Participation is limited to one event per employer. Waiting list is available. There is no cost associated with participating in our events. However, employers will sign a Recruitment Agreement to agree to provide their new hire information (name and start date) resulting from their participation to the event.
